As the consumer market is still devouring new HDTV and a higher percentage of households have access to high-definition TV, the demand for high-definition content to be displayed on these TVs will continue to grow as well. Consumers have many ways to look at the HD DVD vs. Blu-ray war, including the Toshiba HD-A2 HD DVD player.

Toshiba targets seem to be trying to format the tide of the war by flooding the turnMarket with high quality, affordable players in order to gain market share. As more consumers own Toshiba HD-A2 and other HD DVD players, they will put pressure on movie studios to deliver more HD DVD titles offered and profitable for both the studios and producers.

What i had to find out the hard way is it has no browser. it has a net flix " channel" ( and more) but you cannot type in a web address and "go" anywhere .
