The "Prologue" suffix is a self-reference Gran Turismo 4 Prologue has been released, one year before the full version of Gran Turismo 4 [1]. Since28. March 2008, the game is now as Gran Turismo 5 Prologue Spec II, which refers to the software version 2.0 tracks [8].
