The technical description of Amazon is not clear whether the player has a connection component, so I checked at LG, who had given him. I ordered, but when he arrived he found that so far only HDMI and composite - and only through 480I composite. So if you do not have HDMI, I would like to avoid. I came to Amazon, not to try it.

Consumers have many ways to look at the HD DVD vs. Blu-ray war, including the Toshiba HD-A2 HD DVD player.
For the reader, the HD DVD vs. Blu-ray war, there are two competing technologies that are vying for our hard-earnedElectronics spending dollars. Similar to the VHS vs. Beta wars of old, the two competing technologies have everything to gain market share and are the only survivors in their efforts to the next generation movie disc player and the successor to DVD.
